The Hanover Center for Workforce Excellence, (HCWE) located at 400 Pine St., provides affordable, high-quality training in your own backyard.
Through the Center, you can discover how localized training can save you time and resources. The two-room Center features a soft skills classroom and a hands-on industrial classroom.
“Established to meet the growing training needs of local business and industry the HCWE is a true community center. Working with area providers, the Center will be the hub for premier professional development right in Hanover,” said Gary Laird, president, Hanover Chamber.
“We want people to realize that the Center is for every business, not just manufacturing. Although industry-specific training will be provided, leadership, marketing and management classes will also be offered,” said Tom Scholles, Human Resources Manager, Utz Quality Foods.
