The Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce and the Pennsylvania Downtown Center are providing the community with an update of its downtown revitalization progress. The task groups comprised of residents, downtown merchants, financial institutions, Borough of Hanover and business owners, are diligently working on the three key areas of the Main Street approach: Organization, Economic Restructuring and Design.

As has been stated previously, downtown revitalization progress will move in inches, not miles. Establishing a solid foundation for the new organization is key to its success. The working groups were established to accomplish tangible goals that will benefit the Hanover area.
