Clarification Regarding House Resolution 836

House Resolution 836 does not apply to complying with the PA Health Department’s requirements for reopening. In addition, the secretary's orders are NOT subject to termination in the same fashion as the governor's orders and are not covered by House Resolution 836. All guidelines for reopening in the green phase still apply and we highly recommend that all businesses comply with the standards declared by the PA Department of Health.

We want to make all local businesses understand this resolution to avoid penalties and violations during this next phase of recovery.
