Workforce Innovation: A Vision for Our Future was held on Thursday, June 13. More than 60 people attended representing educators, employers, chambers of commerce, and members of the community.

The day started with an afternoon session featuring speakers from the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, Manpower, PA Chamber of Commerce and Industry, PA Department of Labor and Industry, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Following a social hour, representatives from the community and chamber membership joined the group for dinner and a presentation from Gary Laird as he discussed the chamber's new strategic plan.

Joshua Westfall of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation concluded the evening with an overview of Talent Pipeline Management, the Job Data Exchange and workforce trends across the U.S.
