Hanover Chamber to Host Golf Outing in September
The Hanover Chamber’s 51st annual Golf Outing presented by KLK Welding will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the Hanover Country Club from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Like previous years, this event will have a scramble format and will be held rain or shine.

Player registration deadline is September 17, 2020. Cart and starting hole assignments will be provided during registration. Please arrive no later than 7 a.m. for registration and breakfast.
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.
Tee Time: 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 1:30 p.m.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
Golfers should PREPAY for all items (including power play upgrades) to reduce contact on the day of the event. Please fill out the registration form on our website to pay in advance, or bring a credit card to pay on the day of the event—NO CASH PLEASE.
Masks must be worn at registration and inside the club house (bathroom, bar, etc). Masks are not required while golfing but may be worn if preferred. Our staff and volunteers will wear masks when interacting with golfers.
To reduce contact with staff, breakfast and lunch will be boxed instead of a buffet.
PRIZE DONATION:
We typically ask our local businesses to donate the prizes for this outing; however, we cannot ask that of our local businesses during this difficult time. Instead, we are asking our golfers to help these local businesses by purchasing and donating prizes to our outing. Previous prizes have included themed gift baskets, restaurant gift cards, certificates for fun experiences in the area, etc.
Please consider patronizing these local businesses during this trying time. You’ll not only encourage their success, but also our organization’s success with this outing and future events.
